If candles are in-stock, expect your purchase to be prepared for shipping the following day. If candles are not in stock, you should expect a 5 day lead time to prepare your order.
Shipping is calculated through Etsy.com during check-out. USPS is the preferred carrier.
If there was a problem with your order, or you simply did not like the product - please let me know within 15 days and I will make it right.
