How are your candles made?

All candles are made at my home in small batches. I buy quality ingredients from reputable and well-known candle material suppliers.

What makes your candles special?

Glowing Impact candles make an IMPACT! Not only impacting the person enjoying the candle's appearance and ambiance, but also making an impact to a cause where all proceeds go to DIPG awareness.

Where can I purchase your candles?

Currently, you can find Glowing Impact candles on Etsy.com. As the company grows, hopefully our products will be found via a direct online store and local North Carolina craft shows.

When will my candle arrive?

If candles are in-stock, expect your purchase to be prepared for shipping in 1-3 business days. If candles are not in stock, you should expect a 5 day lead time to prepare your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated through Etsy.com during checkout. USPS is the preferred carrier. The rate is currently a fixed $5.99 for the first candle, plus $2.99 for each additional candle.

Do you accept returns?

If there was a problem with your order, or you simply did not like the product - please let me know within 15 days and I will make it right.

I am having trouble lighting my wood wick... Any help?

If you are having trouble relighting your wood wick after initial use, please remove the burnt parts of the wick by knocking them off or breaking them off from the tip of the wick before lighting. Once there is adequate brown/raw wick showing, try to relight your wick.

Also, you should be "committing" to your candle, meaning you should keep it lit long enough to create an even pool/layer of melted wax before extinguishing the flame. This will prevent "tunnelling" the candle wax. See the graphic below for additional candle care practices.

Of course, in the extreme case that your candle wick is NOT lighting properly, please contact me so we can resolve the issue together.
