How are your candles made?

All candles are made at my home. I purchase quality ingredients from reputable and well-known candle product suppliers.

What makes your candles special?

Glowing Impact candles make an IMPACT! Not only impacting the person enjoying the candle's appearance and ambiance, but also making an impact to a cause where all proceeds go to DIPG awareness.

Where can I purchase your candles?

Currently, you can find Glowing Impact candles on Etsy.com. As the company grows, our products will be found via a direct online store and in local boutiques.

When will my candle arrive?

If candles are in-stock, expect your purchase to be prepared for shipping in 1-3 business days. If candles are not in stock, you should expect a 5 day lead time to prepare your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated through Etsy.com during check-out. USPS is the preferred carrier.

Do you except returns?

If there was a problem with your order, or you simply did not like the product - please let me know within 15 days and I will make it right.
